The Pyramid Plus transtibial system is unique in that all adjustments for slide, rotation and angulation are done externally and independent of each other. This design allows for all adjustments to be made without your patient ever having to take off their prosthesis. The PPS System offers a +/- 13 degrees of alignment and 5/8" (16mm) of M/L and A/P adjustments. The component can be used for both thermoplastic and laminated socket applications. The system offers 30mm adaptability with other components on the market today. This system is also available in a standard "euro" four hole configuration (PPAK4). This option allows you to utilize the innovative Pyramid Plus Slide system on Prosthetic Knee Systems and Transtibial Systems that incorporate this hole pattern.
