The Universal Offset Pyramid Adapters were developed to save time and money by preventing costly rework. These adapters provide over 1/2" (14mm) of simultaneous A/P and M/L slide, unlimited rotation, and angulation. A standard Euro four-hole pattern allows these components to bolt right in place of the old-style pyramid socket adapters. A low profile design makes this adapter great for aligning a prosthesis where space is limited. These adapters are manufactured from a high strength, lightweight titanium alloy.
