The Universal Offset Pyramid Adapters were developed to save time and money by preventing costly rework. A standard Euro four-hole pattern allows these components to bolt right in place of the old-style pyramid socket adapters. A low profile design makes this adapter great for aligning a prosthesis where space is limited.
